User Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for individual use unless you have a Family or Astrologer plan.

Subscription Plans: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Plan features and pricing may change with 30 days notice.

Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial with limited features. No credit card is required for the trial. Trial accounts that are not upgraded will have limited access after the trial period.

Content Accuracy: While calculations use professional-grade ephemeris data, astrological interpretations are generated by AI and may not reflect the views of any specific astrological tradition or practitioner.

Prohibited Use: You may not use the service to provide professional astrological services to others unless you have an Astrologer plan. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the service content.

Limitation of Liability: Moon House Planner and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological guidance provided.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
