Refund Policy
Free Trial: The 3-day free trial is completely free. No charges are made during the trial period. No refund is applicable for free trials.
Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be refunded within the first 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, no refunds are provided. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period.
Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected period.
How to Request a Refund: Contact support@moonhouseplanner.com with your account email, plan details, and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable: Charges for Shastra Answer questions that have already been processed, and any consumed API credits, are non-refundable.
